Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Trinity Foods International LLP, operator of the Chicking Mohali franchise (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects and uses your personal data through this website. We process personal data in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. What we collect
- Franchise enquiries: name, phone number, email, city, investment range, property and business background you choose to share.
- Waitlist / Founders Club: name, phone number, city, and (if you opt in) your Instagram handle and a referral code.
- Technical data: limited request metadata (e.g. a hashed indicator of your IP and browser) used only for security and abuse prevention.
2. Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, manage the waitlist/Founders Club, keep you informed about the Mohali launch where you have opted in, and protect the service from spam and abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Consent
We collect your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7) — withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Who processes it
Your data is handled by us and by trusted service providers acting on our instructions — for example our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare), our CRM (HubSpot), and our email provider — purely to deliver the service described above. These providers may process data outside India under appropriate safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of legitimate business contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
6. How we protect it
Access to lead data is restricted to authorised personnel, transmitted over encrypted connections, and IP addresses are stored only in hashed form. We do not store payment information on this site.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to nominate another person to exercise your rights. To do any of these, email franchise@rudradigital.uk or use our Data Request page.
8. Grievances
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact us at franchise@rudradigital.uk and we will respond within a reasonable period.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
This is not a franchise offer, prospectus, or investment solicitation, and no financial returns or business outcomes are guaranteed. See our Terms.
